Alright boss, so... since Mr. Hanekoma is an Angel with the rank of a Producer in Shibuya, there are a few things that I am going to need to ask permission about! This is going to be in-general for the most part, but there are a few things you need to be aware of before and while interacting with him.
Advanced Imprinting/Memes: The ability to suggest or evoke a word or idea within the mind of another (what, did you think it was the same as that "saga"?). For the most part, Hanekoma uses these in his art pieces to spread an enjoyment of living for the betterment of human (and inhuman) lives. Is there any reason why it wouldn't affect them? Or is there a certain way that they would react to it you would like to play out?
Telekenesis: The ability to move objects with the mind. Becauseidk why the mods asked this one but might as well bring it up? while I doubt he will Force-grab anyone unless he deems it necessary (like a few other things), it's a possibility. Are you cool with this?
Telepathy: The ability to read others' thoughts. This through a psych is often seen via Player Pin, but it's implied that he can either do this without assistance or is just that good at reading body language. Is it alright with you for him to read your character's mind?
And because I'm nice, have a free copy/paste!

Advanced Imprinting/Memes: She most likely have mental defense training, so Miyako would be able to resist his imprinting/meme-ing to an extent.
Telekenesis: B) Go on, pick 'er up.
Telepathy: Well, her mental defense would be fairly good, unless she's scatterminded for some reason. BUT Mr H is more than welcome to read her body language and go from there.

Advanced Imprinting/Memes: Naoya probably has some resistance. Not a ton, but more than a normal human I'd think. He knows his own thoughts, so it might be... interesting.

Yosuke Otoha | Karas
Advanced Imprinting/Memes: He's got a contract with the will of the city he protects at home and his soul isn't in his body, so I'm not sure that it'd stick well.
Telekenesis: Sure, but he'll fight back. :|

There is a strict "no intervening" policy in TWEWYverse angel shenanigans. Most he'd do is indirect and casually dropping the hint that he has an eye on the guy or tell him to start walking if he got too close to one of the kids under his (literal and metaphorical) wings.
Why? Spoilers: The reason the Taboo noise exist is because he taught Sho Minamimoto how to create them.

It'd take a while before the big hints started getting dropped, though. So there could literally be a sort of cat-and-dog scenario between them where one knows that the other is legitimately throwing his life away

Advanced Imprinting/Memes: It might be a little sluggish in influencing her? She's human, but she's also part death/life. Other than that, it'd still work.
Telekenesis: That's fine.
Telepathy: Might come through a little garbled because of the same reason above, but otherwise okay.
Dark Pit | Kid Icarus
Advanced Imprinting/Memes: It'd still affect him, definitely, but he'd probably be able to tell he's being influenced like that, if one of the goddesses doesn't point it out first.

Telepathy: WHY NOT EVERYONE ELSE DOES.

Advanced Imprinting/Memes: Might have a little bit of trouble with this one; I can see it working a few times at first, but eventually he'll pick up with what's going on. Other than that, there's nothing supernatural preventing it from happening, just plane old stubbornness.
Telekenesis: Yes...
Telepathy: Give him a dose of his own medicine. >8D
Yami Yuugi | Yuugiou
Advanced Imprinting/Memes: Proooobably would not work at all; it may start to, but Yami Yuugi is so boss when it comes to seeing through people trying to mess with him, that it'd lose effectiveness pretty quick.
Telekenesis: Yup.
Telepathy: He can try; Yami Yuugi's mind is a literal maze. It'd take some effort for messages to get through.

Advanced Imprinting/Memes: Cyberviruses actually can work exactly like this in Tachikoma's world, a lot of the cyberbrain barriers and firewalls are made to not only keep outside wireless signals to force an image, idea, or action, but prevent ones that can do that by being transmitted visually or auditorily.
Telekenesis: No problems here.
Telepathy: Pretty much the same as with the Imprinting.
A case may be said that mental manipulation might be different than digital information/programs, but in Tachikoma's world, that barrier is very much blurred. Viruses that enter digitally into a cyberbrain can affect organic humans by grace of how the nanites interface with the nerves of the brain, all of which are electric signals to begin with. At the same time, barriers and firewalls are specially designed to keep this from happening, and thus are slightly different from those found in a computer.
Of course, this is all passively though, Tachikoma is a friendly sort and if Sanae explained the abilities to her, along with having her trust, she might just set "permissions" in the firewalls for his abilities so he can telepathically talk to her or share info via imprinting.
