Alright boss, so... since Mr. Hanekoma is an Angel with the rank of a Producer in Shibuya, there are a few things that I am going to need to ask permission about! This is going to be in-general for the most part, but there are a few things you need to be aware of before and while interacting with him.

Advanced Imprinting/Memes: The ability to suggest or evoke a word or idea within the mind of another (what, did you think it was the same as that "saga"?). For the most part, Hanekoma uses these in his art pieces to spread an enjoyment of living for the betterment of human (and inhuman) lives. Is there any reason why it wouldn't affect them? Or is there a certain way that they would react to it you would like to play out?
Telekenesis: The ability to move objects with the mind. Because idk why the mods asked this one but might as well bring it up? while I doubt he will Force-grab anyone unless he deems it necessary (like a few other things), it's a possibility. Are you cool with this?
Telepathy: The ability to read others' thoughts. This through a psych is often seen via Player Pin, but it's implied that he can either do this without assistance or is just that good at reading body language. Is it alright with you for him to read your character's mind?

I'd just like to say that Sanae is a Fallen Angel and while he did it for the sake of his city, y e a h . . .

There is a strict "no intervening" policy in TWEWYverse angel shenanigans. Most he'd do is indirect and casually dropping the hint that he has an eye on the guy or tell him to start walking if he got too close to one of the kids under his (literal and metaphorical) wings.

Why? Spoilers: The reason the Taboo noise exist is because he taught Sho Minamimoto how to create them.

I'm completely canonblind. Hahahgasjd. I'm chinhandsing here because I honestly want this. Adachi wouldn't be comfortable at all with anybody knowing how fucked up he is or what he's going to be doing, though. I want more teasing/joking around CR...

There is a reason I left my application non!community-locked, Yucee. It's not as common a fandom as its other Squeenix cousins and he's a character that stays in the background most of the time.

It'd take a while before the big hints started getting dropped, though. So there could literally be a sort of cat-and-dog scenario between them where one knows that the other is legitimately throwing his life away because he wasn't hugged enough as a child i mean uh but calm and friendly and maybe even playful teasing over coffee (because I am planning on getting him situated again like so) while the other is blissfully unaware and thinks it's just another idiot NPC handing him coffee that doesn't actually taste burned.
